InventoryBase ticks all the right boxes for Property Inventory Software

Posted on the 24th May 2012

We know we’ve been a little quiet on our blog the last few months.

That’s because we’ve not only been busy delivering countless eCommerce websites to our clients, we’ve also made the leap into web and mobile application development, building our own scalable framework that will serve as our new platform for delivering great web services in the months and years to come.

Our latest innovation is Inventory Base – built to bring harmony to property inventory clerks and letting agents with a full web based management solution for running their day to day inventory tasks, managing their team, and creating a lasting workable relationship with their clients and landlords.

Not only that, within weeks of softly launching InventoryBase to a select number of trial customers, we won an award hosted by the University of Portsmouth for the software, put forward by our very own Dan Harper.

Radweb designed InventoryBase after working with numerous clients creating bespoke software that met their individual needs. Having witnessed the issues firsthand Radweb then set about building InventoryBase from the ground up using the most cutting edge technology, with a focus on Realtime reporting and 100% availability.

Designed as a complete solution the software allows the user to create detailed inventories including photos, in seconds. It also provides a booking system for clients and estate agents, assigns tasks to team members and produces reports that are fully customisable to include logos and any specific legal information.

InventoryBase is a completely web-based system that can be accessed on every device from smart phones to desktop PCs. And, unlike similar systems, for a fixed monthly fee agents get unlimited inventories, unlimited users and free support with no hidden fees or contracts.

James Taylor, Director and IT manager, says. “The InventoryBase platform is a unique web application that works across all devices utilising HTML5 and Javascript technologies to remove the gap between Desktop installable programs and web-based software. This saves on running costs where no additional hardware or licenses are needed. “

“InventoryBase immediately scales to the demands of its users, is fully automated, self-maintained, and reports problems and bottlenecks to our team for immediate remedy.”

Managing Director Steve Rad adds: “InventoryBase is about working smarter, not harder. It provides a fast, effective and logical way of creating reports for landlords, and letting agents.”

“In a nutshell, we’ve developed a product that will significantly reduce administration overheads, gives agents a mechanism to submit jobs to their teams, manages an entire team’s schedule, records detailed inventory logs, and produces or recalls reports at a click of a button.”

“The demand for a streamlined, simple way of producing inventories has been met with InventoryBase and I can’t wait to see it develop and make life easier for everyone in the letting industry!”

This is a step in a new direction for Radweb, one we’ve been involved with for quite some time, but with our growing team the focus is on innovation and bleeding edge technology, that’s what Radweb is about… whether its for our clients or for our venture into Software as a Service (SaaS) based platforms.
